Tickled Pink

What girl doesn't like pink??...
Born from the purity of white and the passion of red, Pink is associated with all things cute, pure, soft and romantic. It makes us think of nurseries full of hope and anticipation, of babies with that oh so yummy smell!, of little girls dresses...

...of blooming gardens... of wedding bouquets...

...of the beautiful china at Grandma's house during Easter.

Because of all these wonderful things and moments is that Pink inspires us....and we keep loving it no matter how "vintage" we are...

So, if you needed an excuse to add pink to your life, remember that color experts claim that pink shades stimulate energy and can increase the blood pressure, respiration, heartbeat, and pulse rate. They also encourage action and confidence. The color Pink is the color of happiness and is sometimes seen as lighthearted. (http://www.squidoo.com/colorexpert)

One more interesting fact:
Pink has been used even in prison holding cells to effectively reduce erratic behavior.

What else do you need? Bring pink into your life...You are guaranteed to be tickled pink!

PS: The sweet baby in the picture is Lynsie, and she is not for sale, sorry! She is Debi's granddaughter.

Oh Marcela, what a perfect post for "pink" and baby Lynsie fits right in. She loves pretty things just like her nana!
