Growing up an artist...

It's funny how Teachers always tell us:
"Make sure you color in between the lines..."

We practice very hard, for a long time...

...until we finally get it right.....

That's when some of us, start to spend time "thinking outside the box"!...

"When my daughter was about seven years old, she asked me one day what I did at work. I told her I worked at the college - that my job was to teach people how to draw. She stared at me, incredulous, and said, "You mean they forget?"
~Howard Ikemoto~

Now, how cute is that?
Hope that you and your inner child have a creative weekend!

I was never interested in anything arty until I was older. Lisa on the other hand would draw all over anything, especially the walls and my parents never fussed at her. I was too interested in boys and socializing *giggle*
Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Love,

Thank you so much for featuring this mini creation of mine. I love her too. And the other choices are gorgeous too. What an honour to be displayed with so much talent. This is the second time this week I have been "highlighted". Thanks again.

I am a member (who has not dived in heavy yet). May I be added to your blog list too? The website said to just ask in your comments?

I love your pretties and the blog set up you have.
