Vintage Alphabet Party

This months Vintage Alphabet Party is brought to you by the
letters I-J-and K.
Alright I hear the groans, but this could be easy.
'I' could be your Ink projects that you incorporate vintage accents like cards, journals, and clipboards for example that you use Inking techniques on and embellish with vintage images, buttons, fabrics...you get the idea. Or, how about vintage Indian rugs, Am. Indian beadwork, AM.Indian pottery, AM.Indian Kuchina Dolls, Am. Indian artifacts, Your husbands Indian Mortotcycle collection.
Wellll, it'd get the guys out there lookin too.
'J' of course would be vintage Jewelry, vintage Jadite,
vintage Junk turned treasure.
'K'? Vintage Ken dolls, vintage knitting book collection, Vintage knitted afgans, vintage Kneading bowls, vintage Knick-Knacks.......
You all can probably finds items in your collections with these letters better than I, so I can't wait to see what you post.

Once again, with the help of Linky, visitors to the blog will be directed to participating sites.
The Linky is easy to use. After you have "published" your Vintage Alphabet post on your blog, stop by Etsy Cottage Style and put your name and the permalink to your post into the Mr. Linky's sign up box.
What is a permalink? A permalink is the direct link to your post, as opposed to your general blog address. When someone visits Etsy Cottage Style during the week and clicks on your link, they will be taken directly to your Vintage Alphabet post instead of having to search through your most recent posts to find it.

There are two ways to get your permalink. One way is to click on the title of your Vintage Alphabet post, then right click on the URL address showing in the address field at the top and select Copy. Then paste this link into Linky which will be available here. Click on "Enter" and you are all done! You will see your permalink posted. :-) Or, another way to add your link for Linky is to right click on the title of your Vintage Alphabet post, select "copy shortcut" and then paste this link into the URL box on the Linky sign-up.

Please remember this is a blog get-together to share vintage finds, collections, or how you utilize vintage items in your designs. Selling sites will be removed. Selling sites are welcome every first Monday of the month at Market Mondays.

Thanks for the invite! It was fun to look through my photos to find items that started with "h-i-j". Might have been easier if I had taken new pics but this was fun!

Oops - Deb, I just realized that I wasn't supposed to post the French Cupboard & French Barn sites today. I'm so sorry. I didn't read the fine print. Feel free to remove them if you want.

Blessings... Polly

Thanks for the invite. This so neat!

Hey Guys! I'm so glad you could stop by. I think a few party goers are confused about what this party is. Jewelry and jars squeek in, but this isn't like Market Monday. We want to get to know our fellow bloggers more. Let's see your personal collections or finds. Stories and pics of how you use the vintage finds in your artworks.

Hi Melody,
I just got my collections listed. I had a hard time deciding which ones to post, so I showed several. :-)
I left out the ironstone and jadite collections because I didn't want to overload with too many photos.
This was a fun one!
